Our management agreement states that our fee is approximately ten percent of actual rent collected. (See your agreement for specific details!)

You will receive, each month, on or around the 30th, a check with the amount of your profits, minus necessary repairs and the management fee. 

This means that if your property isn't rented out and turning a profit, we aren't either. Not only does this keep us accountable for doing our job, it gives you another level of security and peace of mind. 

When using percentages, we like to make sure that we're getting top dollar for your property, with high quality tenants that are going to pay on time and stick around!

And you won't need to send us a dime!
